The showroom is intended for B2B partners. It is not open to the public.
Typically 60 to 90 minutes. It depends on how much you want to see and whether you want a consultation with our team. The space is reserved exclusively for you.
The minimum purchase is €20 per item without VAT, while the total order value is not determined. We accept orders for full master cartons and inner packs, which is ideal for arranging workshops and medium to larger commercial operations.
Upon payment of a 50% deposit, you can get an additional 5% discount on the entire order. Advance invoices are sent by email along with the order confirmation approximately a month after the showroom ends.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched immediately after payment. The rest of the goods are carefully stored and delivered within 6–7 months (possibility of a one-time pickup or staggered collection).
You can choose convenient personal collection or safe delivery by courier.
Clients continuously track the status of their pre-orders themselves. For capacity reasons, please announce personal collection at least 3 days in advance by calling 0918 521 320 or the landline.
Yes. It is possible to cancel or reschedule your visit. Please inform us 24 hours in advance - by phone or email. We will gladly reschedule your reservation to another available date.
